Dina Sotiriadi, Jan Bockweg and Charmaine Hooper, IWAS staff along with members of National Paralympic committees and members of International Organisations of Sports for the Disabled has gathered together for the IPC Athletics Forum in Frankfurt.

Dina Sotiriadi, Jan Bockweg and Charmaine Hooper, IWAS staff along with members of National Paralympic committees and members of International Organisations of Sports for the Disabled has gathered together for the IPC Athletics Forum in Frankfurt.

The forum is being used to discuss future developments in Athletics such as competition schedules, sport strategy, the technical and classification rule updates and Rio 2016.

During the 2 day forum delegates are being asked to reflect on the London 2012 Paralympics which saw 102 World and 139 Paralympic records broken. A Paralympics were 80,000 people packed out the stadiums and more watched on their TV’s to see the remarkable achievements of athletes.
