Final week before IWAS World Junior Games in Dubai

With little over a week to go before the opening ceremony of the IWAS World Junior Games we are looking forward with great anticipation to what looks to be a fantastic event.
With little over a week to go before the opening ceremony of the IWAS World Junior Games 2011 we are looking forward with great anticipation to what looks to be a fantastic event.
Being organised by the Dubai Club for Special Sport who have pulled out all the stops in creating a memorable event for all the 220 athletes taking part in competition. There are teams travelling from 21 countries to participate in Athletics, Table Tennis and Powerlifting competition during the period of 17th to 20th April.
The opening ceremony will take place on the 17th April at the Dubai Police Sports Club, which will also host the athletics competition. With the Dubai Club for Special Sports Hall hosting Powerlifting and the Al Ahli Club Hall being the location for the Table Tennis.
Prior to competition, the IWAS Executive Board will also meet, although currently with a full agenda the Executive Board members hope to spent some time meeting athletes and team management from the Nations.
