Final Entries Open for the IWAS Under 23 World Games 2016

The Games will be held from 29 June to 3 July across two venues in the Czech Republic city of Prague.
The Final Entries for the International Wheelchair & Amputee Sports Federation Under 23 World Games 2016 are officially open!
The Games, awarded to the Emil Foundation and the city of Prague, Czech Republic will be hosted from 29 June to 3 July 2016 with Arm Wrestling, Athletics, Swimming, Table Tennis, Wheelchair Fencing and Wheelchair Tennis on the preliminary sports programme.
Intentions to participate have been received from over 20 nations with keen interest from many other nations eager to open international sporting opportunities to their developing athletes.
Charmaine Hooper, IWAS CEO said, ‘It is great to see so many IWAS Members using this opportunity to provide their athletes with the chance to compete on an international stage at the IWAS Under 23 World Games 2016. Following a very positive site visit, we are excited to welcome teams to the city of Prague for what promises to be a successful Games!’
