The contract and arrangements have now been agreed for the Challenge Athletics Foundation (CAF) to host the 2012 IWAS 15k Road Race World Championship.

The event that will take place on the 3rd March 2012 will be held in Tampa, Florida USA.

The LOC hope that combined with the great weather and hospitality culture Tampa will offer the athletes an enjoyable event. From 25 years’ experience of arranging similar races, the LOC have recognised a gap in the calendar for this type of race for the athletes and hopes that along with its flat course the event will attract a wide selection of athletes to take part.
