Frame running – RunFree
The RunFree Project, Co-funded by the Erasmus+ Programme of the European Union, was an exciting collaborative project aiming to develop and pilot an awareness-raising and education RaceRunning (also known as frame running) event series. The partnership was led by CPISRA, the Cerebral Palsy International Sports and Recreation Association, now known as World Abilitysport.
The goal of the RunFree project was to create a modular event concept for use on a local, national and international level. The modular aspects include the following replicable tools:
- How to hold a frame running ‘Have A Go’ event
- Education workshops for new frame running coaches
- How to hold a frame running entry level competition
- Frame running awareness raising measures
